Parcel is 36 days in transit

Hey, I'm getting kinda worried because the last tracking post i got from my parcel is "handed over to the airline transport" on september 4th, and I haven't heard from it since :/ My package is coming from China to Peru, but I don't know if it was handed to an airline coming directly here, or maybe it went to other countries first :( Please Help me! My tracking code is EB727331827CN

Hi Ximena,

Packages sent to Peru are all delayed. It was delivered to air transport on Sep. 4 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the Peru after it was delivered to air transport. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
