Parcel in transit

My returned parcel ref RF595536444GB cleared Chinese customs and was 'sent to carrier' on the 29 September, 33 days ago. Since then nothing. No sign of it here in the UK. Does this mean my parcel is probably still in China in a backlog waiting for a flight?
