Thanks. So is the delay from 'passed to carrier' on the 29 Sept to now due to parcel being sent by sea?

My returned parcel ref RF595536444GB cleared Chinese customs and was 'sent to carrier' on the 29 September. Since then nothing. Is my parcel still in China in a queue waiting for a flight?
