Parcel in same place for 2 weeks now, "Tammy Lucinda" writes "be patient"

Item #AG132317755CN that I just tracked again from China Post Tracking show it has not moved, and after several emails to "Tammy Lucinda" I always get the same answer back....
That same reply says that their information shows it is in the "normal shipping process" and to be patient!! So, please check and find out what has been holding up this order for this long.

If it's stuck for over a month, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
