Parcel in Hong Kong but it's suppose to be in Shinde District

Hello I have a parcel that's in Hong Kong but it's supposed to be in Shinde District as the final destination place. Please advice how ro go about making the parcel to be delivered in Shinde.
I was given the address in Chinise but had to translate it to English as I dont speak Chinise.
