Yes the final destination is to China and it is a return to Aliexpress. I shipped with GlobalPost and this is what they said when I last contacted them. (GlobalPost Economy does not provide ship-to-delivery tracking as this typically stops just as the parcel departs the US. This means the last event you should see is a ‘Depart’ event from the United States.)

Hey can you help me please? The seller contacted China Postal and he said that they said that they have too many packages and cannot locate the parcel is this true? How can I verify this?

Is the final destination China? If so, you need to contact the receiver in China call China Post service number to check it in time. To my experience, it's a tracking number that couldn't be tracked after it arrives in China. You'd better contact USPS to confirm.
