Hi there, my parcel has been hold up in the Guangzhou custom for more than a month, could you please check and advise what should I do now.

Hi Mimi,

It has been retained by the customs in Guangzhou since Feb. 17. You'd better contact the recipient in China to ask if he has received a notice about how to get it.
