Parcel held in customs

Hi, the parcel I have sent to China has been sitting in customs in China since 28th February. I would like to know why it's still there and what documentation needs to be provided for it to be sent to the recipient. The tracking number is LK168567891AU.

Hi Chanel Morgan,

You need to let the receiver in China to call 0755-26755971 to ask what kind of documentation they need.
