My parcel is currently held in Guiyang waiting for declaration. The addressee has not received any notification for declaration. How can I declare my parcel in order to revive it as soon as possible. The tracking number is ES368520245KR

From your site I read that my package (beneficiary country Italy) is held at customs with the following reason:
Declaration necessary for the missing junction (=declaration necessary for release not present). These are clothes purchased online.
