My parcel is being held by customs on 7－Dec.
1)May I know what is the reason of being hold ?
2) The parcel is now located at which custom hub ?

Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.
