Parcel held at the office of exchange

LV293177136CN i ordeeed 2 parcels on 3rd October 2021....
They have now been held at the office of exchange since 15th October (15 days)....the seller has said the system will update soon, but I'm not convinced... can anybody help please?

Hi Heather Hardy,

It's not normal for it if it's stuck there for over a month. I suggest you wait for more days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hi I’m waiting on a parcel tracking number LM313070799CN and there has been no updates since 27th of November and it still says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, Can someone please tell me what this means as no one seems to know and seller just keeps telling me it’s rush season which I appreciate but I would of expected an update by now, can anyone please help.
