Parcel held at delivery office for more than 100 days

Dears,
my parcel came in France, but it's still not delivered. The tracking says it is held at delivery office since the 31th May. What can i do ?

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi wawa,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
