Hi my EMS parcel from Singapore to Shanghai is held at customs. Please let me know what is happening. It just a simple birthday card and earrings.

Hi Michael,

You'd better wait for more days to see if it could be released from the customs. Also ask the seller if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailta) to check if she needs to declare it.
