Parcel held at customs

Dear sir/madam,
I have a parcel mailed via SingPost from Singapore to China, tracking no. CC922449895SG. This parcel is shown as "Held at customs". May I ask if my parcel can be retrieved? If yes, what are the procedures to be taken?

Hi Haitao,

It should be waiting the recipient to declare now. You need to contact the recipient to ask if he has received the notice from the customs.
