Hi, my parcel LP904352492SG is held by China custom since 5Aug. As per advise by Singapore Qxpress, they have assigned Singpost for the international courier and there will be no column for recipient's contact for Singpost consignment label. And they are refuse to assist me, can you please advise me is there any contact number I can call for the parcel?

hello! my parcel CR925888462SG has been held in custom for almost a month now. item cleared shanghai customs but not the one in guangzhou. parcel has also been previously sent to me as the parcel i am sending back is a return parcel from taobao. what should i do? have asked recipient to contact custom but there is no reply yet.
