Parcel held?!?

The parcel I sent over a month ago isn’t been delivered…I called a while ago to see what is happening and you said you was sorting it but it is still being held…why is this?

Hi Khloe,

If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I am from Malaysia and i am sending a return parcel to a Tabao Seller in Yi Xing.
The return parcel is declared as returning goods due to defect. However in transit it appears the parcel is being held up twice by the custom and it was last held at CNSZHA since 29/06. Thank you for advising parcel referenced RN014958579GB is currently held by customs. As suggested, I contacted the seller but they refuse to acknowledge or assist. They simply state that they are not responsible if the parcel is lost or held by Customs and I will only be offered a refund if they receive it. Please advise what I can do to resolve this.
