Parcel hasn't moved since 27th of April

Hi there,
My parcel tracking hasn't updated since the 27th of April and I have not received it. Where is my parcel? I have been waiting for so long already.
I have contacted the seller and they said that they have urged the logistics provider already but nothing is happening.

It's delayed due to the coronavirus situation in Guangzhou. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
