Parcel hasn’t had any updates using ems-60 in 5 days

My parcel tracking #EB836217125CN has not had any updates since march 17th which was “has been sent to the carrier for transportation” and on every other parcel I have shipped with ems-60 I usually get the “airlines reception” update around 12 hours or less later, and that is not the case this time at all I have had zero updates nothing since the 17th and I would like to know what’s happened I’m just really confused if my package is lost or what.
