Could you please provide an update as to why this hasn’t reached the UK yet and when it will?

My parcel, #CP371318926CN, hasn’t updated since August 10. It says the inbound flight arrived according to the Shopify app, but it hasn’t changed in 17 days. It has not updated on the China Post tracking site either.
