Parcel has not reached to defined destination

I have posted a parcel to one address in china. That parcel is in Beijing office of exchange since 25th of December and has not reached to the defined destination yet. How much time does it require?

You need to let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to check it.

I have asked them. But actually I've sent it to a shop which gave me wrong thing. They say they haven't received so that they can't refund.i need to know the correct thing.
