It's sent by using China EMS which should be reached within 15 days. Now, over a month has passed. There is must be something wrong with it on the way. You'd better let the sender contact China EMS to ask what happened to it. Only the the sender could check it by asking China EMS as EMS needs to confirm some information like the address, name and phone number of the recipient.
