Parcel has not arrived

Hi, I have not received any of my parcels that you have delivered to me, who do you use as courier in Australia? Do they have any proof of delivering to my an my signature? The tracking numbers are am220597322cn, as850629779cn, as835815115cn, AM104851862CN, zjd121215291, and mp0028795263, plus UJ165493188YP, all these parcels are using your service, what has happened this is not very professional, I hope you can find my parcels. This doesn't look very good on buying anything from China.
