Parcel has not arrived

Hi, still no explanation on why I have not received my parcel! Is this the way you run your by making out you offering a service. I'm missing parcel on these tracking number zjd121215291, AM104851862CN, am220597322cn, and as850629779cn, I want my parcel as normal nothing from China is any good people with no honour.
