Parcel has been stuck in customs for 25 days

...my reference number is RN785986254GB. The targeted recipient of the parcel has told me that they have "already finish clear custom and paid tax. now waitting EMS send the sample to us" after I told them to contact 11183, however, according to the delivery status of this parcel it's still with Guangzhou import customs. How can I get this item released?

Hi Dare F,

If they have declared to the customs, you can only wait the customs to release it.
