Hello everyone,
I have sent a return to China. The parcel has been at customs in China since 26.06.2024. There have been no new updates since then. I have already started a forwarding order with Deutsche Post, they also assured me that the parcel is still at customs. The recipient has also contacted customs, also without success. Can you please check the status of the parcel and ensure that it reaches the recipient promptly?

the receiver has submitted all documents. What is the current status? Unfortunately, all entries in ChinaPost's shipment tracking system have been deleted. Do you know the reason for this?
