Parcel has been stationary for more than a month.

My parcel, tracking code RV433125826CN has been stationary since 8 June. Why has it still not moved? Have you lost it? Please don't blame Customs, even they don't take more than six weeks to clear a package.

Hi claytoa,

It's transited by train and will pass countries like Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus and Lithuania. When it's in other countries, it will be processed by local post service. It may be delayed due to the coronavirus. It arrived in Lithuania on June 8 and is in transit to Hungary now. You'd btter wait for more days to see.

Dear Daisy

You have told me that my parcel, RV433125826CN, is in Lithuania, but you have said nothing about why it has not moved since 8th June. In the time that it has been sat in Lithuania, someone could have WALKED to the UK with it. What are they playing at? Why has it not moved for such a long time?
