I have been awaiting a package, tracking reference RV433125826CN, but it seems to have been stuck at ChuLi ZhongXin since 2020-06-08, which is more than a month. Is there any reasonable explanation why it is still there, when other packages have arrived there since and have already been delivered to me?

It's at some other country along the way to UK now. The processing centers refers to the one for the other countries. It's transited by train, so is very slow. You'd better wait for more days to get update to see it moves to the next station. If you couldn't receive it in time, you can contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
