Hi
What is the update on this parcel - tracking CF132239894AU? I sent a laptop to China to be repaired, however it has been stuck at the customs in Shenzhen for a month now. With the latest update stating - Taxable mail pending payment by recipient. What does this mean? And what can I do in the future to prevent this from reoccurring?

Tracking number: LN848673113CN the last statement about my package was "2020-04-28 17:05, Shenzhen, arriving at Shenzhen International Exchange Station". This was almost a month ago and the parcel has been in the process of shipping to me for about 47 days now. Is it still in Shenzhen, or has it been flying for almost a month now. I understand why it's been sitting there for so long. I understand you have so many people asking you similar questions, I just want some clarity.

It has left China in May and is in transit to the US. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
