Hi, my parcel has been held in the custom for more than 6 days. Can I check when it will be send to me? Is there any issue? The tracking number is EV924174907CN.

Hi Clare,

It's still stuck at Guangzhou customs now. You'd better continue to track it. If it couldn't pass the check for 15 days, it's not normal. Then contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.
