My tracking # is LY662872313CN. My parcel had an expected delivery date of 03/06 - 03/14, but it has been stuck at "handed over to forwarding agent for transit" since 02/27 and has not updated. What is the reason for this?

My EMS package, EV979595586CN, has been stuck in "handed over to forwarding agent for transit" for 11 days and has never arrived in the USA. Is my package lost in transit? I've order things with EMS before and the status has never been stuck so long. Any assistance would be appreciated.
