Posted the parcel in SG using Singpost carrier on 5 Jan 2021, but was held in custom in China for more than 2 weeks already. Checked with Singpost and they directed me here. Tried to enter the tracking number but nothing popped out. I want to enquire on the location of the parcel.

It's stuck at the customs of Xiamen now. The receiver should have got a notice from the customs to declare. You'd better contact the receiver to check his phone message to check.

My parcel is currently held by customs. It’s not possible for the receiver to help me with communicating with the customs because they are the seller of the goods and I am doing a refund. hello! my parcel CR925888462SG has been held in custom for almost a month now. item cleared shanghai customs but not the one in guangzhou. parcel has also been previously sent to me as the parcel i am sending back is a return parcel from taobao. what should i do? have asked recipient to contact custom but there is no reply yet.
