Parcel from SG to CHINA and is held by custom for > 2 weeks

Parcel number RC730513113SG.
Posted the parcel in SG using Singpost carrier on 5 Jan 2021, but was held in custom in China for more than 2 weeks already. Checked with Singpost and they directed me here. Tried to enter the tracking number but nothing popped out. I want to enquire on the location of the parcel.

My parcel is currently held by customs. It’s not possible for the receiver to help me with communicating with the customs because they are the seller of the goods and I am doing a refund. If anything, I hope to be able to contact customs myself. My tracking number provided by Singpost is RT175265415SG

my parcel RC727762742SG is held by custom in china. How long will it takes for it to clear or do i have to contact the receiver to do anything?
It's stuck at the customs of Xiamen now. The receiver should have got a notice from the customs to declare. You'd better contact the receiver to check his phone message to check.
