Two of my parcels are stuck at Beijing Customs office with Tracking Numbers RB278200597RU RB276200637RU.
Both are coming from Russia but its been 9 days its stuck there, how can i get an update?

Hello,
I had 2 parcels with the same content. Both have shipped on 11/12. One of them had arrived 10 days ago while the other is stuck at Beijing export custom since 14/12!!! Where is the problem ?? Why they dont send my parcel to the airport ?? Is my parcel lost???
