Parcel from Japan stuck in customs GZ

Hi, a parcel was sent to me from Japan, it arrived in Guangzhou within 3 days but has now been in customs for the last 10 days with out contact or receiving the parcel. The tracking number is EN080594380JP any help would be appreciated

Hi Darren,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hi, I’ve sent a parcel from Fukuoka, Hakata post office on 11 December 2024 (EN357239493JP). The last status of the parcel was stuck at customs on Dec 17 14:25 Handling office（CHINA). I have 2 parcels of items ordered from China to Japan
Usually very fast, this time both were sent to customs inspection in Guangzhou before sending to Japan. However they have been transferred from export to import customs? Why import since they didn't departed from China yet?
