Parcel expired

I haven't gotten my parcel and its showing expired and its over 103 days now and i dnt knw what happens now bcus i didn't open dispute bcus i thought i will still get the parcel.
Is there any hope of the parcel still coming even if tracking expired and over 100 days now ?RB954832307SG

Hi Micheal,

Yes, there is still hope for you to receive it. It should be delayed due to limited flight from Singapore to Nigeria now.
