Hi , just want to check my parcel tracking number: EV992383087CN, it has been showed cleared and awaiting for international departure for more than 2 weeks, just wondering if my parcel has left China yet? And how long would it take to get to Australia

Thanks for answering, how long would you advice me to wait for before I contact the seller, and how many days is transiting right now in Guangzhou.

It's still delayed in Guangzhou, China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
