It moves in fact. The reason you couldn't get more information from tracking system is that the seller uses the cheapest service which is called China Post small packet plus to send your parcel. This kind of parcel is not registered, so China Post will stop scanning and tracking service for it when it leaves the first post station.
It usually takes two or three months to reach the destination country. In addition, it's easy to be lost on the way. If you couldn't get it within three months, better ask your money back.
