I am writing to inquire about ordered package on Ebay from Australia to Mongolia approximately 6 months ago. I still do not get my package. When I track my package on China post it is arrived in Huhehaote LuYunChuLi ZhongXin.

Is there any chance to send my package to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia?

Hi Daisy,
Yeah, I have written my countryside address that is why my parcel stuck at Huhehaote LuYunChuLi ZhongXin. Now, I just would like to know that may I change my delivering address without contact seller on eBay due to I can no longer contact this member because the transaction ended more than 90 days ago. So just change my address and send my parcel to Ulaanbaatar Mongol post.

When it's in the middle location, the address couldn't be changed. I suggest you open a dispute to get refund in time.

Sorry, we couldn't deal with the package for you. We are only a tracking platform for packages. You need to contact China Post (call 11185) to reflect problem and get a solution. But if you are not in China, you couldn't get connected with China Post.

The package is not normal. There should be problem for the address that makes it stuck. You need to contact the seller of Ebay to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
