hello
i bought some product in aliexpress in feb. i didn't received yet. also i forgot to disput. then i called to seller he said apply for logits refund. what i do now? some help

Hi rideesh,

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
