parcel did not received

this is my tracking number for my parcel AS839941091CN it is showing delivered on the system but i havent received any thing. can you please confirm where my delivery has been delivered as i did not received any thing

Tracking information shows it was delivered to Perth, Western Australia6152 on April 14. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
