Parcel did not arrive yet after more than two months.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had sent a personal computer from Tokyo 02.12.2016 to Beijing.
I have not received it yet. I am extremely worry about it because
all my university data are inside the computer without any backup.
I have had very bad experience with Chinese post quality as my another
parcel (containing very expensive oven inside) was totally broken
at the time of delivering. It was very sad. I put it in garbage !! It means
I put 300 USD in garbage. My parcel number is CD271324040JP.
Thank you very much and I am waiting to receive my computer completely safe!

Are you in Beijing now? According to the tracking result, your parcel has been in Beijing Exchange Bureau since Dec. 22. But not sure why it's stuck there. If you are in Beijing, better call China Post service number 11185 to ask what happened to it as soon as possible.
