I have not ordered the scarf from your company so why have i received and charged so much money. where did you get my address and how did you get the payment without my info. i will appreciate if you please send me the return address label so i can return the item back to you and yes i want my money refunded as soon as possible. i also want your email address and the name of the person who is sending things when people do not order.The refund to be paid back before i return this item. thanks i would like an answer asap.

they told me they would refund 50% of the amount I spent on my order. Order arrived wrong. I spent 70 €. And no refunds ever came. They are scammers.

From Italy - I purchased a 79€ garden box and I received a pair of fake Gucci glasses.
This Company it's obviously a scammer and China Post is partner in crime, shipping fake object. I will report to the police in Italy.

It’s a massive scam guys . I ordered a Swarovski necklace from a Canadian company called carter creations , to have a fake Hermes scarf delivered. When I emailed they said the necklace was out of stock and wasn’t their fault the packaging company got it wrong. Offered to only give me 35% refund back. You can imagine my response . Luckily my CC company have refunded me in full. If anyone wants the email address I will happily provide but you will be going around in circles . Best bet is to contact your bank / credit card company and they Persue the refund under section 75 of the consumer credit act. Good luck !!!

I received a package today that I did not order. It was some disposable face masks. I see alot of people complaining about this Su Cing Warehouse NO. 8 NO.240 Huqingping rd. Warehouse. The package has all my information on it including my phone number. I would like to know what to do with this package. I am going to my post office tomorrow to see what they can do.

It should be a Brushing Scam. It's sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product. If you are not charged, just keep it.
