Hi
please advise how do we change the delivery address of a parcel, the address is incorrect and I will not receive the parcel or be notified and will not receive a refund on the goods.

parcel tracking ID - UG893527292CN
the correct delivery address is Zcape 3 Condominium 128/117, Moo 5, Vichit, Muang Phuket 83000.

please advise on a solution for me.

Hi Miguel Da Costa,

Once the package is sent, the address couldn't be changed. You can only wait for the package and when it arrives, contact your local post service to ask if they could change it for you. But your package couldn't be tracked when leaves the first station of China. So, it's hard for you to know when it arrives.

I ordered a parcel and tracking says it was delivered on 6 feb 2021, but it hasn't been delivered on my address. Please can you mail me the details of the delivery address (postcode)? The seller in China cannot be contacted anymore. Also the local postoffice cannot give me any detail about the delivery address. So my hope is to you now... Pleased to see your answer. Hi, my trucking number LW252386979CN. According to the tracking system, my package was returned to the sender on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 am in LUBBOCK, TX 79408 because of an incomplete address. I do not understand why it was tried to be delivered in Texas if the delivery address in Walnut Creek, California? And why it is returned to the sender, but not sent to the correct address. I heck my order on Amazon, Delivery address is correct. Can I ask you to confirm with the seller delivery address, and to re-attempt to deliver to me (to correct address)? Thank you!
