Hi Flavia,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

You claim you delivered my product on Feb.20/25, but you delivered it the the wrong address in the wrong Province of Canada. My address is in Ontario, Canada not Quebec Canada, Please advise when it will be delivered to the correct address. This is not taken over a month and I still have not received my purchase. Please respond immediately.
