parcel delivered or not?.

Hi, my tracking number RN527318493GB was listed as delivered on the 21/06/2022 @ 09.25 am. to a company called Kimwigs @ Beishashi Room 0811, 8th Floor, Changjing Building, Changjing West Road, Shushan District,Hefei,Anhui, China. 230088. This company was sent the tracking number on the day it was posted on the 29/03/2022, and the company Kimwigs has been saying, and denied any delivery ever since the delivery date on the 21/06/2022 they say they have never received the parcel from me. Both China Postal services and the Royal Mail overseas services list the parcel as delivered. All this information from my tracking number has been sent to Kimwigs in China and to there London branch in the UK. But they are still saying they want poof the parcel was delivered. So if possible can you help me please buy sending them the signed proof of delivery.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't provide proof of delivery. We only provide online tracking.

The package was sent to the mailroom (收发室). If they don't get it, let them call 15045426718 where is the mailroom (收发室) and get it.

Hi Daisy, thank you for all the information, but Kimwigs has still not paid me the refund they owe me, thats after i sent them an email with the couriers name Song Kailin in, so would it be possible if you have one, send me Courier Song Kailin email address so i can contact them myself and tell them that KimWigs said they never delivered the parcel on the 21/06/22. The tracing number is RN527318493GB.

Sorry, we don't know the courier's email address. He only provides his phone number: 15045426718. You need to let the receiver in China contact the courier to ask.

Hi Daisy, Kimwigs will not phone Song Kailin for the delivery information because they don't want to pay me back my refund. The manager promised to pay me back the refund in July, he didn't, so asked why?, they said they had spent all the refund money and i would be paid in August, that never happened either, so i asked why again and thats when it all started again, did i post the parcel to the right address, send proof it was delivered etc; So i sent them proof from Royal Mail UK, the parcel had been delivered, there reply to that was an accusation i had a contact in Royal Mail UK, who must be a friend, so Daisy you can see why i need Song Kailin's email address to ask them for the proof of delivery so i can be paid my refund iv'e been waiting for since June.

Hi Daisy, it's Roy again, Kimwigs has still not paid me my refund. So it is very urgent to contact the courier about the delivery, if you could phone them and give them my email address ([email protected]) and tracking number RN527318493GB so they could contact me, or ask them to contact KimWigs about the delivery, because as i say KimWigs are adamant in saying Song Kailin did NOT deliverer the parcel as they say they did on the 21/06/22. It is very urgent now Daisy so please help me if you can.

Hi Daisy, sorry it's Roy again, i do need to be contacted by the courier Song Kailin to tell me if they did deliver the parcel to KimWigs on the 21/06/ 22 @09.49 am, give them my email address i gave you in my last email to you. This upset has gone on far too long, so i want my refund from them.

Hi Roy Coates,

Song Kailin must have delivered it,or it will not shown in the tracking information. The thing you need to do is to ask Kimwigs for refund. The delivery information is very clear in tracking. They must have received it. If they don't want to refund you, they could have any excuse.

Hi Daisy, iv'e asked Kimwigs for a refund at least 12 times from June up to this week, and that's after the manager promised to pay me my full refund ASAP in July, i think that was just ploy to put me off from asking for the the refund. So as you can see i need help from you or Song Kailin to inform Kimwigs the parcel was delivered because the delivery records say so and give them a reference number if there is one or a name if the parcel was signed for which it should have been. This company Kimwigs will do anything to avoid paying refunds, they say they are going to pay, and don't, and then say the parcel was not delivered that is after all the tracking information has been given to them along with the delivery courier company that delivered the parcel. So Daisy i hope you or Song Kailin can help me and contact Kimwigs and give them the information so they will pay me my refund as the manager promised, because they are not replying to my emails anymore.

Sorry Daisy, i need for you to reply, i urgently need proof the parcel was delivered to Kimwigs, i need a reference number and/or a signature from Kimwigs when the parcels was delivered by the courier Song Kailin on the 21/06/22 to them, this upset,worry and inconvenience has gone on far too long, this company Kimwigs needs to be dealt with and very soon, they should not deal with customers like they do, the manager promised to refund me ASAP back in July and i'm still waiting. I think the courier Song Kailin should have a word with Kimwigs because they are saying Song Kailin never delivered the parcel, what did they do with parcel if they didn't deliver it?. That was a serious accusation by Kimwigs on Song Kailin and should not have been done.

Daisy, it is very upsetting not hearing from you about my problem with Kimwigs and the delivery situation with my parcel to them from Song Kailin, i'm beginning to wonder if Song Kailin did deliver the parcel, because it seams funny them only giving you just a phone number and nothing else, no email address, or there location address, because after all there job is a very important job in your postal service and just a phone number is not very good. So Daisy i need to know if the parcel was delivered or not, if it wasn't then Kimwigs was right.

We are only a tracking platform and couldn't contact the postman for you. The postman in China doesn't provide email service. If tracking says delivered, it must be delivered or the system would not show it. It's the seller's problem that he doesn't want to refund you.

Daisy, there must be a reference number, and or a signature to say the parcel was delivered to Kimwigs on the 21/06/22, and how does the tracking platform contact the courier in the first place to collect any parcels. As i keep telling you Kimwigs are denying the parcel was never delivered, so if it was delivered there must be proof, i.e a reference number or something to say it was delivered. Because Kimwigs are accusing all connected with this problem it was never sent or delivered, and that's after the manager promised to pay me back my full refund back in June ASAP. So i must have a Ref: number or a name or both to say who signed for the parcel at Kimwigs on the 21/06/22. so i can claim my refund, otherwise Kimwigs is going to get away with all it's accusations on China's postal services, Royal Mail UK, and me, and will get away without paying me my refund.

Very disappointing Daisy no reply from you to my last email, as you said in your email sent to me on the 4/11/22, @12.48 am, Kimwigs have made excuses that the parcel was never delivered, it dose not matter if any system says the parcel was delivered, KImwigs are saying it was not, so how do all the postal serviceses prove it was? there has to be proof, and before Kimwigs will pay me my refund, thats after the manager of Kimwigs said he would pay me the refund back in June. No postal services leaves parcels with companies without receiving a date, a time and signature, thats just normal procedure by postal services to prove the parcel was delivered and to avoid any accusations from the customer like Kimwigs saying that the parcel was never delivered. So i do need that information the parcel was delivered by Courier Song Kailin. Daisy this has been going on far too long now, and the manager of Kimwigs dose not care he is just sitting back waiting for the proof of the delivery, he will not say the parcel was delivered to avoid paying me my refund.

Daisy, i've not had a reply from you or Kimwigs, the treatment from all concerned in this problem in China has been discusting to say the least, everybody concerned is trying to pass the blame onto someone else, the tracking dept; saying Courier Song Kailin delivers the parcel, Song Kailin not even saying they delivered the parcel or not, and Kimwigs saying the parcel was never delivered. Someone is responsible for where the parcel is, so where is it?

Well Daisy it's Roy again, just to let you and the courier Song Kailin know i NEVER got my money refund back from the company KimWigs for the parcel i sent them back, all down to the total lack of responsibility and care from your department and the courier Song Kailin. Your department and the courier never made any sort of effort to help me by getting proof the parcel i retuned to KimWigs was ever delivered, so Daisy where is the parcel?.So if anything your department or Song Kailin should be made responsible for the refund of money back to me, because after all your department or the courier LOST the parcel i retuned, because all the tracking proves your department got the parcel yes.
