My parcel LO537269514CN has been in LO537269514CN since 3rd December with no further update. The website I ordered this from gave no indication the parcel was from China, in fact their website said my parcel would be delivered in 8 working days. I have emailed the retailer multiple times with no response. Could you provide an update to the parcel's location and whether this is likely to be delivered before Christmas as intended. I ordered this on 27th November.

Hi I ordered my parcel back in Aug 2019....I really want this parcel to be delivered. Would you be able to tell me where it is. I paid for it and the tracking was there but now its gone. Please help

Hello. I have ordered online some items for my son's birthday the 10th May and still don't know where my parcel is. In the China post address it shows my parcel was given to the air company for transportation the 21st May and up until this date, the status is the same. Anyone can give me an update as to where the parcel is? Is it still in China or has it made it to The Netherlands? I completely understand with the current situation it can take longer, however, a friend of mine ordered his items 2 weeks later and he has receive his parcel. My tracking number is RV426476623CN.
