I ordered an item that was delivered by your postal service. unfortunately the tracking number gives a wrong address. The track number : LV348770213CN delivered 30.11.21 at Boulevard Edmond Machtens 63 but my adress is Rue des 4 vents,3 6700 Arlon Belgium.
what can we do? Could you put me in contact with the sender because the sender's contact email is not working. Thanks for your help.

Please explain why my parcel was delivered to capetown and am I getting my parcel. How do you deliver wrong adress and wrong name?
