Te parcel traki number ev965496671cn,has not moved since April 1st,why is it held up at Qingdao,and what can be done to hurry it along?

You can only wait now. It's delayed in Qingdao now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
