Dear Customer Service, my Parcel CP395363669CN is recorded to leave Urumqi Exchange Bureau according to your tracking system, the ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING says that the parcel is still in the Urumqi Interchange Bureau, the next stop , Hall International (via). I called my national Post (Kyrgyz Post), they did not get this tracking number yet. Could I get clarity if the Parcel is still in Urumchi (if it is - it is more than 12 days there) or was it transferred to Kyrgyz Post. Or maybe it was transferred by mistake to Russian Post? Please help!

China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it as it's sent by a cheap way. One one could know where it is now. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it in time.
