Parcel tracking number CP327504858CN has not been delivered. What went wrong? It is my second parcel this month that has not been delivered. I paid for two parcels and China post didn't deliver them. I gave a lot of money for nothing.

Latest tracking information shows it was delivered on Sep. 17.
