Hi, sorry for bother you. I've shipped a parcel with your service form China to Italy (tracking number: EB735406147CN). It is blocked in state "飞机进港" since the end of December, is possible to have some news? I'm worried.

It's stuck in China now. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It's delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
